Incorporating a huge repertoire of exercises, our fantastic team makes sure that no class is the same so you never tire of your favorite class. Core Strong

CORE STRONG

The Core is the training of the muscles located in the central part of our body, that is, abdominals (visible and deep), lower back, buttocks, pelvic floor and muscles involved in body posture such as the spinal erectors.

Group Classes - GAP

GAP

GAP is a modality of physical exercise that combines three main components: glutes, abdominals and legs (GAP). This discipline focuses on specifically strengthening and toning these areas of the body.

Group Classes - Cycling

CYCLING

Outdoor cardio session on a stationary bike based on the principles of cycling. The classes are technical based on real terrain and focus on specific cadence work, ascents and sprints, which can make an unpredictable ride fun and challenging.

STRETCHING

Los estiramientos preparan al músculo antes de la práctica de ejercicio para poder llevar a cabo un correcto desarrollo. By stretching and tensing the muscles, we are preparing them for the physical effort that they will undergo later, in addition to increasing flexibility and avoiding injuries. Funcional strong :

It is the way of understanding exercise as the mechanism we have to work the main muscles, but also to work the stabilizing and neutralizing muscles.

POLE DANCE

The Pole dance is one of the most sensual and fun dances. It consists of performing a series of movements and poses in and around the bar, using strength, flexibility and coordination.

Group Classes - Latin Rythms

RITMOS LATINOS

Zumba is an exercise program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training in which fast and slow rhythms are alternated to help improve cardiovascular fitness, and always to the rhythm of the music.

Group Classes - Aerial Yoga

YOGA AÉREO

Acrobatic/Fitness, is the most physically and mentally demanding variant of the method (aerial yoga), dedicated to increasing strength, endurance, self-awareness, proprioception, coordination and psychomotricity.

ACTIVATE FUERZA

It is an intense physical training program that combines aerobic activity and muscular work by lifting weights to the rhythm of music. They are directed, fun and motivating sessions, in which the cardiovascular system and the vast majority of the body’s muscles are strengthened.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is a form of therapeutic yoga that strengthens and activates the body, mind, and emotional state. It’s characterised by its postures (Asanas), which are carried out with precision and elegance, attention to detail and the correct alignment of the body, along with mindful breathing.

MEDITACIÓN

Meditation is a mental and spiritual practice that seeks to develop mindfulness, concentration, and full awareness of the present moment.

Ballet Fit ® is a discipline that combines classical ballet with fitness elements. Directed choreographic activity, which alternates, continuously or by intervals, cardiovascular work, toning, strength, balance, flexibility and joint mobility.
